We want you to love your Motel Rocks fits, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Method

  Select your preferred return shipping carrier and generate your prepaid return label or QR code for a contact-free drop off.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging and securely seal the parcel, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to the nearest drop-off point; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
